Control Your PC using CMD

Today I brought you an article about command line interface and how to work with that in Windows. First we learn what's CLI(Command Line Interface)

What's CLI

A command-line interface (CLI), also known as command-line user interface, console user interface, and character user interface(CUI), is a means of interacting with a computer program where theuser (or client) issues commands to the program in the form of successive lines of text (command lines).

How to Work With CLI on Windows

Most of the linux operating systems are powered by the CLI interface. The first windows operating system (MS DOS) was also powered by the CLI. In the present operating systems doesn't has the cli interface. It has Graphical user interface (GUI). Now microsoft provides a software to work with CLI. This software is called Command Prompt. We can do lots of things with CMD. Let's learn how to use cmd.

First Go to Start > All programs > Accessories > Command Prompt
A black screen will appear.

When you are using cmd you have to work with commands. If you want to see what are those commands just type help, and press enter. Ok. Let's do something with cmd

Changing the date

Type 'date', and press enter.
Now you can see the system date. Also you can see something called 'Enter the new date'.
Now type the new date and press enter. All done!

How to view system information

Type msinfo32 and press enter

How to make a strong password?

You have to include one letter of a capital letter
Your password must be over 8 characters
Don't put a complete word for your password.
Don't put your name to your password.
Put symbols on your password

These tips will helps you to create strong passwords

Create an acronym from an easy-to-remember piece of information. For example, pick a phrase that is meaningful to you,

iOS 7

iOS 7 is the seventh and the latest release of the iOS mobile Operating system came by Apple incorparation. It was Officially announced on 10th Of June 2013 at the WWDC conference. iOS 7 was officially released on 18th Of September 2013. iOS 7 has a awesome and a colourful UI with lots of new features. iOS 7 has designed by Jony Ive. He is the Apple's senior vice president of Design. As of February 2014 iOS 7 has been installed on 82% of Apple devices.

iOS 7 has designed with a colourful and a nice retina display. Also this OS has distinct and functional layers help create depth and establish hierarchy and order. This OS is specially designed for work with the multitasking options.

World first curved smartphone

On October of 2013, LG company officially announced the world first curved smartphone. It's LG G Flex in name. This has a P-OLED capacitive touchscreen display with 16M colors. This mobile is powered by Android Jelly Bean. This has a 32 GB internal memory and a 2GB RAM. Also this has a 13MP Camera. The processor is 2.26 GHZ Quad core one.
